Mathew Conoulty, Director

Mathew began working with CIS in 2000. Over that time he has worked and gained knowledge in many areas of the company and these days enjoys the challenge of developing the company’s involvement within the agricultural export industry, as well as striving to meet the needs of the growing market in innovative ways. Mathew holds an Executive MBA from AGSM UNSW Business School.

James Saunders, National Business Manager

James has been involved in the Australian agricultural industry for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment. James has worked with major firms in the industry such as SGS, AWB, AsureQuality, Elders and Cargill. He brings to CIS extensive experience and knowledge of the grains, seed and analytical testing industries.

Jarred Lions, Operations Manager

Jarred’s passion for the grain industry has stemmed from growing up and developing his working life in one of Australia’s richest cropping regions. His attention to detail and eye for quality fits well with the values we hold at CIS.

Jarred has years of experience in crop management, laboratory analysis, and the study of wheat diseases in collaboration with Sydney University.

Matthew Pearce, Surveying Operations Coordinator

Joining the team in 2006, Matthew’s passion for the shipping industry led him to pursue higher education in this field, obtaining an IIMS Marine Cargo Surveying Diploma which has provided a wealth of industry knowledge. Along with technical experience gained through the inspection of agricultural commodities, Matthew is responsible for the day to day operations of the surveying department.
